Sphincterotome and NeedleKnife

Sphincterotomes are instruments used during ERCP procedures to cannulate and gain access to the bile ducts. A rotational sphincterotome is designed with three entry channels, specifically for guidewire insertion, injection, and connection to an electrocautery device. Its ergonomic handle design ensures comfortable and safe cannulation, while also reducing the risks of post-ERCP complications and pancreatitis. A Needle Knife, on the other hand, is an endoscopic knife with a needle-like tip. It is utilized during procedures such as ERCP to make precise incisions. The needle-like tip enables accurate and controlled cutting, facilitating the required interventions with enhanced precision and safety.
